TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All tea ceremonies, games and photoshoot should be conducted quietly inside guest room
  • Spilling rice & bean and candles are not allowed within hotel premises
  • No stickers and wallpapers on all guest room door or outside of guest room area
  • Dining credit is applicable to dine-in service in Lobby Café at the Hotel only. Hopewell Inn, In-room dining service and any promotions, special menus or events are not applicable
  • Dining credits must be enjoyed during the stay, daily unutilized balance will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Breakfast for 2 persons is to be consumed at Lobby Café in the next morning
  • Complimentary mini bar is one-time consumption. No refill will be arranged during the stay
  • One car plate number to be given for the complimentary overnight parking space
  • A cleaning fee will be charged for extra deep cleaning if there is evidence of excessive waste scattered in undesirable situations or if the area is in complete disorder
  • The registered guest will be billed directly and assumes all liability for any damages caused by you and your guests to the hotel room or premises
  • Room rate is subject to 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax (starting from 1 January 2025), per room per night
  • Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on dates. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply
